The annual induction teacher training workshops were held for all teachers at the Garden Hotel in Broumana, November 23rd through November 25th. Teachers were able to spend the daytimes working together, and evenings bonding together over meals and downtime, all with the intention of getting everyone acquainted and ready to begin working as a team. Teachers were trained on: TWE philosophies and strategies for teaching adult women, constructivism, communicative language learning method, and language learner centered practices. In addition, teachers learned how to use music and drama in the program. Sustainable Development goals and online success were also introduced.
