Educate to Integrate is the motto of adopting Massive Open Online Courses. 30 Lebanese and Syrian Youth residing in Baalbeck took a free course by a fund from the U. S. Embassy to “Speak English Professionally” in addition to four full-day training on conflict management and citizenship.
